Everything that comes with it
Two halves of one product: the website your clients see, and the workspace where you run the practice behind it. One plan, no tiers, nothing held back for a higher tier.
A site that looks like your practice
Pick a curated palette and type pairing, write your own words, and publish. No template wrestling, no plugins, and nothing that looks like a builder.
- Guided site setup with curated colour palettes and font pairings
- Editable hero, bio, about, approach, credentials, and testimonials
- Free {name}.its-my-site.com address included
- Connect a custom domain you already own, with HTTPS handled
- Your own browser favicon and link-preview image
- Search and AI visibility built in: structured data, sitemap, and an llms.txt brief per site
- Visitor counts for your published site
Booking against your real availability
Set the hours you work once. Clients see genuinely open slots, because your connected calendar removes anything you are already busy for.
- Weekly opening hours with your practice timezone
- Two-way calendar sync with Google Calendar or Outlook / Microsoft 365
- Busy time in your calendar hides those slots automatically
- Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link added to online bookings, or your own meeting URL
- Services can be bookable, enquiry-only, or display-only
- Online or in-person delivery per service
- Prepaid multi-session packs clients redeem when they book
- Automatic session reminder emails, with a per-service override
Getting paid without chasing
Take card payment at the moment someone books, or mark a service as pay in person or invoice. Card money goes straight to your own Stripe account.
- Client card payments at booking via Stripe
- 0% platform fee on client payments — you pay only Stripe's processing
- Payouts land in your own Stripe account, not ours
- Free, pay-in-person, invoice, or pay-online per service
- Platform plan is $9/month after a 14-day free trial
Every enquiry accounted for
An enquiry or a booking becomes a client record on its own, with where they came from already filled in. Nothing to copy out of your inbox and nothing to forget.
- Client records created automatically from enquiries and bookings
- First-touch source captured and kept, including a campaign tag you can pass in a link
- Relationship status: prospect, customer, dormant, or closed
- Private notes on the client record
- Session credit balances you can adjust or gift
- Sortable client list with CSV export
A pipeline you can actually work
Each enquiry opens a deal that moves from first message to won or lost. It carries its own next step and due date, so the work tells you when it needs you rather than waiting to be remembered.
- Sales pipeline with stages: new enquiry, consult booked, proposal sent, following up, won, lost
- Deal value, linked service, notes, next step, and due date
- A required reason when a deal is lost, so the pipeline explains itself
- Needs attention view surfacing overdue follow-ups and stalled deals
- Free consultations set their own post-session decision prompt
- Paid bookings mark the deal won and the client a customer automatically
- Sortable deal list with CSV export
The whole history in one timeline
Enquiry, intake form, signed agreement, booking, payment, note, email, and every stage change on one record — so you can pick up a conversation you had three months ago without digging.
- Append-only activity timeline per deal and per client
- Records enquiries, forms, signed agreements, bookings, cancellations, payments, packs, notes, emails, and stage changes
- Shows who acted and when
Replies that go out without you
Someone who messages you hears back immediately instead of wondering whether it arrived. Confirmations and reminders send themselves, and when you do want to write personally you can do it from the client record.
- Instant acknowledgement to anyone who uses your contact form, which you can switch off
- Booking confirmation email with a calendar invite attached
- Session reminder emails ahead of the appointment
- Send a one-to-one email to a client from their record, logged on their timeline
- Email shows your practice name, with replies going to your own inbox
- Client email opt-out respected
Forms and contracts, signed online
Build an intake form once and attach it to a service. Clients complete it and sign your agreement as part of booking, and both land on their record instead of in your inbox.
- Reusable intake form library
- Attach a form to any service, collected during booking
- Contract library with online signing at booking
- Signed agreement stored as a PDF and emailed to the client
- Form answers and signatures kept on the client record

Common questions
What is Its My Site?
Its My Site is a website builder and client CRM for independent practitioners. You get a branded public website with your services and online booking, plus the workspace behind it that tracks every enquiry from first message to signed client. One plan at $9 per month after a 14-day free trial.
Does Its My Site include a CRM?
Yes. Enquiries and bookings create client records automatically, each enquiry opens a deal in a sales pipeline with its own next step and due date, and every form, contract, booking, payment, note, and email appears on one activity timeline. It is included in the $9 per month plan rather than sold as an add-on.
Who is it for?
Independent service practitioners who sell their time: coaches, therapists, consultants, trainers, nutritionists, tutors, physiotherapists, financial advisors, beauty practitioners, photographers, and other 1:1 service businesses. Design presets and wording adapt to your practice type.
How much does it cost?
One plan, no tiers: $9 per month after a 14-day free trial. That includes your web address, the website, online booking, calendar sync, the client CRM, forms and contracts, and email notifications. Taking card payments from clients adds no platform fee — you pay only Stripe's processing charges.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. You can sign up, build your whole site, and preview it without entering card details. A card is only needed when you publish, which starts the 14-day free trial and charges nothing that day.
Can clients book and pay online?
Yes. Clients book against your real availability and can pay by card at the moment they book, with the money going to your own Stripe account. You can also set a service to be paid in person, invoiced, or free.
Which calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar and Outlook / Microsoft 365. The sync runs both ways: bookings appear in your calendar, and anything you are already busy for disappears from the slots clients can pick. Online bookings get a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link automatically.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every site gets a free yourname.its-my-site.com address, and you can connect a domain you already own at any time, with the certificate handled for you.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your client and session records export to CSV whenever you want, and you can delete your account and its data yourself from the dashboard. There is no export fee and no retention hold.
